NAVIGATION DATA

The computer systems and computer programs used to operate the site https://furlanpuccini.it/ (the “Site”) collect some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (e.g. IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by the users connecting to the site, the URI addresses – Uniform Resource Identifier – of the requested resources, time of the request, method used in submitting the request to the server, file size obtained in response, numerical code about status of the response made by the server – successful outcome, error, etc. – and other parameters related to the operating system and the user’s computer environment). Although this information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, by their nature they could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining statistical information not associated with any user identification data on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the Site.

PROCESSED DATA, PROVISION AND REFUSAL

For the consultation of the Site, no provision of personal data by the user is required. However, any contacts with the Company, e.g. through the consumer service, or the optional, explicit and spontaneous sending of messages, e-mail or traditional, to the addresses of the Company indicated on the Site entail the subsequent acquisition of the address, also e-mail, of the sender or the related telephone numbering, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the relative communications. The provision of personal data in these ways is optional, however please note that failure to provide such data could make it impossible for the Company to respond to your requests.

METHODS OF THE DATA PROCESSING

The data will be processed by personnel appointed by Luca Furlan with procedures, technical and IT tools to protect the confidentiality and security of your data and consists in their collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, cancellation, destruction of the same including the combination of two or more of the aforementioned activities.

PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING

Personal Data provided by users who voluntarily register themselves or send requests for information material (newsletters, replies to queries, etc.) are used to perform the service or provision requested and may be disclosed to third parties only in the case where this is necessary for this purpose.

For example, the personal data provided for the subscription to the newsletter will be used by the Company for the sole purpose of executing the user’s request. For the processing of data for these purposes, your consent is not required, as the processing is necessary for the execution of a contract of which you are a part or for the execution of pre-contractual measures taken upon your request, as well as, where applicable, to fulfill a legal obligation.

DATA RETENTION DURATION

Users’ personal data are kept only for the time strictly necessary to provide the requested service to the user and are eliminated immediately thereafter, without prejudice to further legal conservation obligations. Users’ personal data will not be disseminated.

Users are encouraged not to provide data included in the particular categories of personal data (for example, data suitable for revealing health status or sexual preferences, racial or ethnic origin, political or religious convictions, etc.). In the event that the Company becomes aware of particular categories of personal data through the messages sent by users, it will abstain from the processing of such data and will proceed promptly to the cancellation of such data.

The Company does not process personal data of minors. Please contact the Company if there is any doubt regarding data that could refer to a minor and the Company will carry out the investigations necessary to remove the data relating to the minor.

DATA COMMUNICATION

As part of his activity and for the purposes set out above, Luca Furlan may use services rendered by third parties acting on his behalf and according to his instructions, as data controllers. These are subjects that provide Luca Furlan with processing or instrumental services (e.g. consumer service, computer services for the functioning of the Website).

Rights of the interested party

In your capacity as a User you are entitled, in relation to your personal data:

  • to request access to the Data Controller (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • to obtain the correction (Art. 16 GDPR), the cancellation (Art. 17 GDPR “Right to be forgotten”), the limitation (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • to obtain them in a structured format, in common use, and in a machine readable format (Art. 20 “Right to data portability”)
  • to exercise the right of opposition (Art. 21 GDPR)
  • to revoke their consent to the processing at any time (Art. 7 GDPR)
  • to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Article 77 GDPR)

COOKIE POLICY

Cookies are small text files sent to users’ terminals by the sites they visit. These files are stored and then re-transmitted to the same sites each time the user returns to visit each site. COPYRIGHTS AND TRADEMARKS

The Site is the property of CSG S.r.l., which created it for information and communication purposes and made it available to Users for information and contact purposes.

The trademarks of products and promotions listed on the Site’s web pages (including the related logos) and all other distinctive, denominative or figurative marks and the slogans related to them are the exclusive property of Luca Furlan. Any use or reproduction of them for any purpose or by any means is expressly and strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted by the Company in accordance with the law.

The trademarks, logos, characters of third parties reproduced on the Site are the exclusive property of their respective owners, who have authorized their use: any reproduction is prohibited.

The web pages that make up the Site and what is contained therein (including but not limited to: texts, images, graphics, sounds) are protected by copyright by the Owner or include material whose use has been duly authorized; therefore it is forbidden to reproduce, duplicate, publish, transmit them (in whole or in part) in any form and manner.

No reproduction of the Site or parts thereof may be sold or distributed for commercial purposes.

Luca Furlan also declines any responsibility for any damage that may arise to Users and their properties as a result of access to the Site, the inability to access the Site or downloading material on the Site where permitted, including damage to computer equipment to Users from viruses.

SAFETY

This Site and the sites connected to it have been examined by Luca Furlan with great precision. Therefore they do not present dangerous or unpleasant contents for children.

The advertised products or services cannot be purchased directly through the website.

In any case, the Data Controller is solely and exclusively responsible for the content of his sites and can not be held responsible for the content of third party sites with which an authorized link exists, as he does not exercise any control over of them.
